Description:
Every year The Jewish Foundation of Grater Toronto creates hosts an annual event recognizing individuals and families who commit to a charitable legacy—whether through planned gifts, endowments, or other long-term support. Donors are invited to share their personal stories—why they chose to give, the values that guide them, and the people or influences shaping their philanthropic vision. These stories become part of an archival collection called the Book of Life, with over 400 stories to date. The evening included a prominent discussion between Rabbi David Wolpe (named one of the most influential rabbis by Newsweek) and Jonah Platt, actor and host of Being Jewish
